i went to the bank, met with the manager and deposited the money into my account with a certified cheque.
i asked for 16 convenience cards and mailed them to 15 friends and relatives.
i kept one for myself.
i told everyone they could only take out a million each.
they were extremely grateful but most thought i could perhaps use some financial advice.
i sent an email to everyone expressing that they were all welcome to the money if they agreed not to press upon me the importance of financial advice in this situation.
everyone agreed and everything went back to normal except we were all very rich.
i fell off the wagon briefly but nobody did anything too crazy.
we paid off debts and bought some stuff and did this and that.
it is a real relief now that we all have nice places to live and don't have to worry about money so much.
