i woke up this morning well rested but in pain still.
i cancelled my appointment, swallowed some pills, sat on the bowl, and got my coffee and muffin from rosies. i was short and now owe her a dollar.
i checked election results and email.
i have blown my nose 10 times.
i have elevated my left leg.
i am typing and listening to airplane sounds.
i just made a phone call and left a message.
i just checked my voice mail.
i have some action in my digestive system.
i have have a cup left.
coughing hurts my back.
there is something about coughing hurting ones back that feels like it is the domain of a much an older man.
oh well.
